Low yields from vines more than 25 years and classical system goblet. Soils of great wine, deep, well-drained stony located between 525 and 600 meters. Vineyards protected by the "Biosphere Reserve" by UNESCO in 2003.
The grapes are selected in the vines before entering the cellar. Fermentation by the traditional method of carbonic maceration, fermenting at a controlled temperature of 24° - 27°C, this way preserves the aromas of the fruit.
Fresh palate with good acidity and it is pleasant and sticky. A smooth festival of fruit, which is at its most expressive in the months after it is harvested.
Wine recommended to sausages, pulses, vegetables, pasta, meats and cheeses.
